Edit word document forms

I have 6 account opening application forms they are in word . I need to edit all 6 . very simple stuff like move the Address over date and change some wordings . when I try to do it it just stuff up the formating . If you are a word expert it should not take you more than 20-30 mins . But I need it done neatly because it goes to customer . And formating should be good.
