Don't Just Sit There . . . Meditate
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This manuscript will be published by Inner Worlds. It needs to be formatted into a PDF file publication ready, with at least a 1/4" gutter and at least 1/2" left and right margins. The top and bottom margins the designer can use discretion. It is presently a DOXC and a PDF file. When I try to add the 1/4" gutter it seems to disturb the formatting, which is delicate because there are two equal columns in most chapters, and sometimes images or text are in text boxes with borders and backgrounds. 9 1/2 × 12" or 241mm × 305mm is the desired page size. The docx file is 61 MB so I cannot send it here. I exported that file to PDF which is attached herein. Let me knnn
When I changed the page size to 9.5" x 12 my word processing app WPS behaved weirdly and messed up my meticulous formatting, and I am not sure if WPS can distinguish between left side and right side pages, and the corresponding margins, because when I view it, each page margin is the same. I want the gutter to be on the left side of odd numbered right side pages and on the right side of even numbered left side pages. The justification in some of the text columns became inconsistent, this needs correcting. Some text and picture boxes migrated or overlap others, this needs correcting. Chapter headings need to be consistent.
