Document Reformatting Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a program that extracts information from both PDF and Word documents and fills it into a uniform template. We have numerous vendor files to reformat for our website.
Requirements:
- Uniform look for all documents
- Maintain company info, remove vendor origins
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in document parsing and automation
- Proficiency in handling PDFs and Word documents
- Familiarity with template creation in PDF and Word formats
The last freelancer I hired 3 months ago stopped responding with multiple attempts to contact him. Now we are behind on our timeline. I need someone who can respond, give updates, and communicate if there is an issue. My working hours are 8 am-4:30 pm Central Time M-F I can be available on the weekends if needed. We are located in St.Louis, MO USA. A timezone difference is fine so long as we can communicate.
I am very flexible and know that issues can pop up with these types of things, so just communicate and I won't rush. We need this done by the beginning of June.
I have attached 2 templates and several various files for you to work with and get this done. 1 of the templates is for a specific type of file since its one of our more common vendors.
