Document Formatting -- 2

Hi all. My task has 2 parts;
- I have a word document where I want the headers and footers removed until the contents page. You'll know what I mean by seeing the attached Word file.
- You'll need access to a Mac for the second part as you will have to convert the word doc to Apple pages and edit it according to the attached image.

I'm looking for someone who can start immediately, so if that's you please get in touch.

My Budget is $10, so please don't bid any higher than that.
