Disability Funding Application Development

I need an application written to apply for disability funding for the Australian National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS) for my husban. It's important this application has key information in it to support the application and the clients current state to secure the funding. This is the second application so it needs to be very specific with certain words defining more permanent disability. Does anyone have experience in these types of applications?
