We're a non profit association of Rationalists and Humanists based in Auckland, New Zealand. Mission: Compile Association journal 4x annually, i.e approximately every 3 months. You would probably be working in Adobe In-Design or MS Publisher or similar. We supply articles. Journal is 28 pages per copy. You build a pdf which will go out electronically and to printers for hard copy printing in colour.

Quote for each cycle: quote unit price and annual price = unit price x 4. Source documents may be any format but typically .doc, .pdf or powerpoint output.
