Designer needed to create MS Word template

We need a designer to create a clean, well-formatted, and compelling document to be used for creating bids in the consultancy space.
The Word document will have a set color scheme for the Header and Footer, a logo, and should have established Word Styles for text, titles, tables etc. The design will have to be flexible for use in portrait and landscape.
