Customize word documents for easy logo swap outs and binding it all together

Looking for a strong writer and power word user to clean up multiple files. We have numerous templates we want to use with our clients and we are looking for an easy way to adjust the document with a different logo and different company name. We've attached one we've done which we also have it separated out for each policy. I've found the document gets a little clunky when put all together. We want a consist format through out the document and an auto updating table when we remove and add items.
