As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' properties. This role requires individuals with exceptional attention to detail, a collegiate background, proficiency in basic software tools, and the ability to utilize electronic devices effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Review and rectify any inaccuracies in client property information.
-Ensure all property details are up to date and accurately represented on the Booking.com platform.
-Post and advertise client properties on Booking.com.
-Utilize our partner marketplace or mobile application to facilitate listings effectively.
-Regularly update property calendars to reflect availability accurately.
-Ensure timely adjustments to reflect booking statuses and changes in availability.
-Efficiently manage client accounts on Booking.com.
-Respond promptly to inquiries, accept bookings, and communicate availability to guests.
-Strive to maintain a high acceptance rate by managing bookings effectively.
-Liaise with supervisors to provide regular updates on guest information.
-Ensure all guest details, including name, email, phone number, reservation number, booking period, and payment information, are promptly forwarded for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
-College degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
-Proficiency in basic software tools, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
-Ability to operate electronic devices (computer or phone) proficiently.
-Fast-paced and adaptable to changing priorities.
-Ability to commit to 10-30 hours per week, approximately 2-4 hours per day.
-Willingness to undergo a short trial test or task, lasting 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension up to one week if necessary.
Duration:
The duration of the job is initially set for one month, with the potential for ongoing or indefinite based on performance and business needs. Hours may vary between 10-30 hours per week.
