Custom Word Document Formatting

I need a Word document formatted for client presentation. The content is text only, and I require a custom layout. The information is sourced directly from my website Client Services Offer. Website address is www.myagepension.com.au. I need the document to reflect the look and feel of the website. I have attached a word version of the information The reason why I need it in word is so I can save it and change to $ amounts in the future.

I am open minded as to what it looks like but I need it to be client friendly.
