Custom PDF to Word typing

I have a PDF document that I need typed into a Word document. The main purpose of this is to facilitate content editing. The PDF is text-only and not complex in layout. When typing the content into the Word document, I need you to follow specific formatting guidelines that will be provided. This job is more about ensuring the text is editable and looks nice in a Word document than simply transferring text from one file format to another.
