Create MS word template (vivek u)

below is a description of the original project. This is only for one template shown in the attached word file.
I have a series of templates.
Click on link below. The link will take you to list of my templates. For each template, there is a link titled Public Witlink. Click on the Public Witlink or cut and paste the url for the Public Witlink into an internet browser.

You will see my templates. For each template, there fields that need to be filled in. Some of these fields repeat and some don't. I would like one word document that contains all of the templates. At the top of the word document, it should contain all of the form fields that repeat in the templates. I'd like to fill in those fields and have them repeat throughout all of the templates in the single word document.
There are also due dates and permitted extensions that can be taken. The due dates for the extensions are calculated from the original due date. I would like the user to be able to insert just the original due date and have the due dates for the extensions calculated automatically.
The templates have estimated cost data. I would like this data to be retrieved from a table within the single word document.
Additional requirements: The fields to be filled in should be shown on the right hand side of the screen. When you click the field, the word document has to scroll to that location. when you enter the value into the variable, then the variable updates inline with the text in real time.
Two buttons: first button, copy to clipboard with instructions. second button, copy to clipboard without instructions.
User should be able to save the word document. The entered data should be saved to the word document so that when it is opened again, the previously entered data is already there.
