Create two Google Sheets from a Word Document

I have two MS Word documents that I want to convert into Google Sheets. (the MS Word docs are actually Google Docs that I saved as .doc. I will share the Google Doc with the freelancer)
The final Google Sheet must fit nicely onto one page and be saved as a tidy one page PDF. I attach two PDF's of what the final product must look like when you save the Google Sheet.
