Create a power point presentation out of a word doc

I have a 10 page word document that needs to be professionally formatted and then turned into a power point presentation. The content is complete but it has multiple fonts, multiple sizes, and overall doesn't fit per page well.

This is simple and should not take long. The file is private so I will share it once I pick the freelancer.
