Create me a digital, fillable, story circle

I need you to create me a digital 8 stage story structure like the examples below. All areas inside and outside of the circle must be fillable -- meaning I will write things inside of them. There should be (from center to edge):
1 - 2 verticle semi-circles
2 - 2 horizontal half circles on top
3 - 8 quadrants around the entire circle
4 - lines extending to the edge of the page
All the spaces inside and outside the circle need to be fillable - meaning I can type information in every space using microsoft word.
All lines and circles must NOT move when I begin typing. They should be fixed.
Please see the picture examples below. The picture is written by hand -- but I want to do this on the computer and be able to type within the lines.
Please copy the shapes of "pe 1" and extend the lines like in "example of what I will do."
