Corporate Report Formatting & Branding
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing Word file that needs to be transformed into a polished, client-ready report. The content is finished; what I need is expert formatting that weaves in our corporate style so the document looks consistent and professional in both Word and PDF.
Branding requirements
• Use our established colour palette throughout headings, sub-headings, tables and call-outs.
• Integrate our approved imagery where it naturally supports the content.
• Place the eagle logo as a subtle full-page watermark on every page—visible enough to reinforce identity, light enough not to distract from text.
I have attached a rough layout outline (refer to attachment titled Fortitude Debt Advisory - 2025 Review), brand guidelines and all graphic assets. Have included a copy of the corporate profile so you can see past imagery and colours used for reports. From there I’d like you to refine the structure, align typography, set up reusable styles and deliver:
1. Finalised .docx reflecting all brand standards
2. Matching, print-ready PDF
3. (Optional but appreciated) a clean template version for future reports
Accuracy of colours, correct placement of the watermark, and consistent spacing from first page to last will be my key acceptance points. If you’re comfortable working in Word’s style sets and exporting high-resolution PDFs, I’d love to get started right away.
