- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word or similar word processing software
- Ability to preserve the formatting of the documents, as it is important
- Experience with typing documents of various lengths, whether it is less than 10 pages, 10-30 pages, or more than 30 pages
- Ability to work within a specific deadline, if applicable
