Copy book from one Word doc (and PDF) to another Word doc

I am looking for someone to copy a book from one Word doc (and PDF) to another Word doc. The source document is in PDF format. There is some formatting and editing required in the process. The final document should be formatted in APA style.

Skills and Experience Required:
