Copy Type The Document On Ms Word Files

I am looking for someone who can copy type a PDF document with more than 20 pages onto a Microsoft Word file. The source document is in PDF format, and I require the final Word document to have specific formatting requirements. I am looking for someone who has experience with copy typing and is proficient in Microsoft Word. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
