Converting of PDF into Word without most of the formatting Urgently

We have a PDF file that contains almost 100double pages and needs to be converted to a Word file.
All formatting should be removed (e.g. indentations, font colour).
The structure should be kept (lists remain lists, paragraphs remain paragraphs, headings remain headings)
