Convert to word document from pdf

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a PDF file to a Word document. The PDF file is between 1MB and 10MB in size. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in converting PDF files to Word documents
- Strong attention to detail for editing and proofreading
- Familiarity with formatting in Word documents
