Convert a 108 page PDF to a basic formatted Word Document

We have a 108 page PDF which we need converted into a Microsoft Word Document (.docx).
All text is to be accurately and completely brought into the word document, with basic formatting only (ie capitalisation, bullet points, paragraphs, tables, bold etc)
Any graphical elements DO NOT need to be replicated, instead, simply snip the image from the PDF and include in the relevant sections of the Word document.
