Convert Word Manuscript to EPUB
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a completed manuscript in Microsoft Word that I plan to publish as an e-book. The document is a Bundle of 5 Short Stories.
The main cover (Bundle Cover) has a full page, high-resolution image which I shall provide in the exact image size - already compressed.
The MS Word document will be provided with the document layout size as per your requirement.
Bundle Title is formatted as Heading 1. Book Titles are formatted as Heading 2. Chapter Titles are formatted as Heading 3 (for TOC purposes).
At the beginning of each book, a full page, high-resolution cover image will be inserted into the MS Word document according to the MS Word document layout size which you requested. These 5 cover images will already be compressed.
The Table of Content (with clickable links) is included in the MS Word document.
The Copyright page is included in the MS Word document.
The final EPUB needs to include the same fonts, headings, image placement, and spacing—already established in the Word file rather than defaulting to a generic template.
The end product must be a clean, standards-compliant EPUB (EPUB 3 preferred) that:
• preserves all text formatting and image positioning exactly as in the original
• embeds images at appropriate resolution without bloating the file size
• passes an EPUB-check with zero validation errors so it is immediately ready for distribution on major platforms (Kindle via conversion, Apple Books, Kobo, etc.)
Along with the finished .epub, please include any style sheets or source files you create (InDesign, Sigil, Calibre, or similar) so I can make future tweaks if needed.
