Convert PDFs to Word with Formatting

I need 11 PDFs manually converted to Word Documents, to maintaining the same formatting. The PDFs have moderate formatting with tables and charts, so a good understanding of Word is necessary.

Key requirements:
- Convert 11 PDFs to Word Documents
- Maintain original tables & formatting
- Deal with moderate formatting including tables and charts
- No access to original source files

Ideal skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with formatting in Word
- Ability to recreate tables and charts

2 of those pdfs contain images of forms, which also need to be recreated into an editable Word document. For those 2 the grey styling doesn't need to be re-created, just the words and tables in a similar style as the other documents.

AI or conversion tools will not yield good looking results, so manual work will be needed to get the styling the same.

Exact spacing isn't so important, but it should look about the same, and the Word document should be clean, with no unnecessary elements, settings or complexity. We're looking for clean, minimal, with matching style.
