Convert a PDF to Word (Detailed)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Looking someone with an eye towards detail to convert a PDF to an editable MS Word document. Most importantly, the PDF has a watermark and footer on every page which must be removed. Page numbers should be removed and then re-added in Word so that they are automated for any future edits. And most importantly, the table of contents should be linked to each corresponding section in order to be accurate for any future edits.
PDF is roughly 60 pages long, but 5-10 pages at the end are tax documents which do not need conversion.
