Content Copying & Formatting in Word

I need assistance to copy content from one Word document to another.
- Text Formatting: All text in the new Word document will be converted to Arial font size 10.
- Table Insertion: Most text will be put into simple grids tables which are already designed in the new Word document.
- Document Length: The original document has approximately 150 pages.
