I am looking for a mid-level company secretary who have Digital Signature and known to the e filing system of MCA and ROC, to assist in filing of section 16 petition under Companies Act.
I am advocate and i have already prepared the petition and every documents, that required to persue this petition, and the CS is only require to e-file the said petition.
The ideal candidate should have mid-level experience in company secretarial work and be familiar with the compliance requirements of the Companies Act.
The requirement can be either one time or as and when required bases.
