Client new business report that needs to be variable
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need to have a new style report with information layout as attahced and created so that it can be varied in content , insert logo's and sometimes photos.
It needs to be IPad, Lap Top, PC and printable in hard copy format.
The report needs to be filled by our head office staff and sent to our field advisors to present to prospective clients. Once it is created in Head Office no one should be able to change it
There are three files attached
1: The current old format used -to give you some idea of what we have been using & want to no longer use
2: a rough draft of what I would like to see the new template like -only much more professional
3: The Road Map we take prospective clients through which will show you where this report fits in the process.
