CONVERT PST FILES TO PDF -- 2

URGENT RUSH PROJECT - DEADLINE 7/7/23
1. I need PST fileS converted and saved AS A SINGLE PDF document, file, along with any attachments to the email.
2. ALSO, each email needs to be indexed and added to a numeric chart to indicated the "Attachment No. ___" that conforms with the document. The Index CATEGORIES are 1) date of email, 2) sender name; 3) Recipient name; 4) Subject Line (if any).
3. Each .pdf should have a title page showing "ATTACHMENT NO. ___"e
3. I am attaching a SAMPLE of how the Index should appear.
Unfortunately, the prior Freelancer I hired failed to complete it and never sent my project. THIS PROJECT IS NOW NEEDED BY 7/7/23.
