Word-for-Word Re-typing Project

I have a six-page document that exists only as a scanned image and I need every line re-typed into an editable Word file. Four of the pages carry almost all of the text, one is a cover page, and the last holds only a few lines. Please keep every word, paragraph break, and heading exactly as they appear, preserving the original layout and formatting so the finished .docx mirrors the scan.

Signatures, company logos, and any embedded plans do not have to be reproduced—simply leave those areas blank. I am not asking for proofreading or content changes; accuracy and faithful formatting are all that matter.

When finished, send me the clean Word document so I can drop it straight into our records.
