Word Macro for Text Replacement Automation

I have a Word document (a bibliography) in which titles of articles are set off by characters, a capital A at the beginning and an at sign @ at the end. Thus:
Almagia, Roberto. 1914. ALe piu antiche rappresentazioni cartographiche della regione albanese.@ Bolletino Geografica Italiana
i want that turned into:
Almagia, Roberto. 1914. "Le piu antiche rappresentazioni cartographiche della regione albanese." Bolletino Geografica Italiana
