Word Document Formatting

I have a batch of Word documents that need a clean, professional makeover. The task is strictly formatting––no content edits required.

Here’s what I need done:

• Unify all text with standard fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman, making sure size hierarchy is consistent.
• Tidy up page layout by standardising margins and line-spacing so everything looks balanced on-screen and in print.
• Apply a coherent set of built-in Word styles and an overall theme so headings, body text, bullet lists and tables all match.
• Ensure headings and subheadings stand out clearly, and lightly emphasise key terms I’ve flagged, while leaving the rest of the copy untouched.

I’ll provide the existing .docx files plus a short style guide that lists the specific heading levels and the keywords to highlight. Please return the updated documents ready to share and print, with no broken styles or layout shifts across versions of Microsoft Word (Office 365 / 2021).
