IN MS WORD BUILD A table of contents OF TITLES FROM THE ATTACHED PDF

I need someone to retype, in the form of a Table of Contents, titles in three languages (English, Spanish, French). No typing of entire texts, just the titles in the form of a list in the order in which they appear in the attached PDF. Although the PDF does contain entire texts, retyping of titles is all that is necessary.
