Unlock PDF, Convert to Word

I have one PDF that is currently locked for editing. It is a resume that I will edit myself.
Task is as follows:
• Remove any password or security settings that prevent copying or editing.
• Convert the whole file to a clean, fully editable Word document
• Preserve the existing text flow, headings, and basic formatting so the Word version looks nearly identical to the original. Line spacing the same as pdf!
No tables, charts, or elaborate design work are involved—just a faithful, unlocked Word version I can update on my own. Please include both the unlocked PDF (for reference) and the finished Word document in your delivery.
