Typing, Formatting, Formal Presentations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I regularly handle academic papers (makalah) and often need them typed from draft notes or scans into clean, error-free Word files. Speed is valuable, but accuracy comes first—tables, citations, and numbered headings must land exactly where they belong.
Once the text is in place, I rely on you to bring order to the layout. The chief editing task is document formatting: consistent margins, heading styles, automatic tables of contents, and a polished look that survives conversion to PDF. Grammar and spelling tweaks are welcome, yet the visual uniformity of the file matters most.
For classes, proposals, or company briefings I also need slide decks built in PowerPoint (or Google Slides/Keynote if that suits you). The preferred vibe is professional and formal: restrained colours, balanced whitespace, and visuals that support the story without stealing the show. If a project calls for something minimalist or more colourful I’ll let you know, but formal is the default.
Project sizes vary—a two-page brief today, a fifty-slide seminar next week—so please be comfortable scaling up or down. I set flexible deadlines, yet quick replies and clear status updates are essential to keep everything moving.
Deliverables for each assignment
• Typed document in Word, with final PDF export
• Fully formatted file following my style guide or your own best practice
• PowerPoint deck ready to present, plus a PDF handout version when requested
Share a sample of a formatted paper or a before/after slide deck, mention your usual turnaround time, and let’s see if our working styles match.
