Transcribe Physical Documents Accurately

I have several paper documents that contain a mix of text and numerical information. I need every line keyed into a clean Excel sheet (or Word table if that proves more logical for certain pages), matching the original order and preserving any headings or sub-totals that appear.

Accuracy is critical: the totals in my forms must match the ones you enter, and all text needs the same spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation I provided. Once you finish, I’ll run a quick cross-check, so your work should already balance before you send it over.

Please deliver:
• A well-formatted Excel workbook with each source page on its own tab, or a master tab if layout stays consistent
• A brief note of any unreadable characters or ambiguities you spot along the way

You are free to use your preferred tools—Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc—as long as the final file opens smoothly in Excel 365.
