Reformat PDF Q&As in Word

I’m compiling a question-and-answer book and my source files are mixed-format PDFs—some pages are clean text while others are scans that will need light OCR work. Your task is to lift every question and its multiple-choice options from those PDFs and recreate them in a single Word document that reads like a professionally typeset book.

Please reorganise the content for clarity rather than mirroring the exact PDF layout: consistent spacing, tidy indents for the options, and logical page breaks so the material flows naturally. I will supply a custom font family and point size once we begin; apply that style across headings, body text, and answer choices so the finished file is press-ready.

Deliverables
• A fully editable .docx containing all questions and options in order, reformatted for easy reading.
• Cleaned text from any scanned pages with obvious OCR errors corrected.
• Uniform styling using the custom font/size I provide, with heading levels set for automatic Table of Contents generation.

I’ll review the draft for accuracy and layout, then sign off once every question matches the original and the overall look is consistent.
