Reformat Legal PDF Document

I have a multi-page legal document locked in PDF form that needs a visual refresh only. Every clause, numbering sequence, and page break must remain exactly as they are; the sole change is to apply a new, consistent font and text size from cover page to signature block.

You may convert the file to Word, InDesign, or another tool of your choice, but I’ll need the final deliverables as:
• an editable source file with the updated typography
• a clean, flattened, searchable PDF that mirrors the original layout with the new font specs
