I have a collection of Word documents that must be transcribed with perfect accuracy into plain .txt files. Every paragraph, line break, and special character needs to be preserved exactly as it appears in the original Word file, but all styling and hidden formatting should be stripped out so the result is clean, UTF-8 text.
