Proposal to be visually presented in Word doc
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have the written content and need it transformed into a set of sharp, board-ready presentation in word document. one overarching proposal and seven supporting sub-project presentations. Each project has to convey its message in a tight one-minute window, so every slide must earn its place. Total presentation time is 5 mins
Here is what success looks like for me:
• Visual style: unmistakably corporate and formal, aligned with the brand colours and fonts I’ll provide once we start. Also, the content for each project will be explained clearly over video call, freelancer must make notes of it and prepare it on the template provided.
• Story flow: the main proposal offers the strategic big picture, while each sub-project dives just deep enough to secure approval without drowning management in detail.
• Graphics: clear charts, diagrams and other data-driven visuals that make decisions obvious at a glance.
Process & timing
We’ll begin with a brief video call so you can see the existing material and ask questions. Immediately after that, I’ll need the first sub-project deck drafted within two hours—this quick turn-around is simply to be sure we are on the same wavelength before you complete the remaining work.
Deliverables
1. Master proposal word document (approx. 3-5 slides slides).
2. Seven individual sub-project decks (4–6 slides each).
3. Source files in Word Document with all graphics editable.
