I’m consolidating a set of more than one-hundred text files into clean, ready-to-use Word documents. Each file must be re-typed (no copy-paste errors) and then proofread line by line so spelling, punctuation, and grammar are flawless. The material includes industry-specific terminology, so accuracy is crucial—if a term looks unfamiliar you’ll need to fact-check it rather than guess.

Your final hand-off should give me:
• One neatly formatted .docx per source file, mirroring any basic headings or lists that appear in the originals
• Consistent style across all documents (fonts, spacing, and paragraph structure)
• Zero typos, misplaced characters, or omitted sentences—every word should match the source unless corrected for obvious error
