I have a photo of the handwritten invoice my technicians currently fill out on-site. I’m ready to leave the pen-and-paper look behind and move to a clean, editable Word template that mirrors the original layout while looking sharper and more professional.
You’ll receive the exact layout I’ve been using, along with my notes on logo placement, font preferences and spacing. The finished file must open in Microsoft Word, print neatly on A4, and leave plenty of space for the technicians to type—or hand-write if they choose—the service details. A dedicated block for clear payment terms is also required.
Once complete, I need the Word file unlocked so we can update prices or wording internally whenever necessary. If anything in the reference sheet seems unclear, just ask; it’s easier to refine now than after the first draft.
