Precise Legal Document Re-Typing

I have a small batch of printed legal documents—each no more than ten pages—that must be re-typed verbatim. Every clause, heading, footnote, and punctuation mark has to match the original page for page, line for line. Spelling and formatting accuracy are critical because the text will be filed as part of an official record.

You’ll receive high-resolution scans of the printed copies. I need them returned as clean, well-structured Word files that mirror the source exactly, including paragraph breaks, numbered sections, bold and italic styling, and any special symbols that appear. Please proofread thoroughly before you hand the files back; even a single misplaced comma could alter the meaning of these documents.

Deliverables (each document treated separately):
• A .docx file replicating the original layout and text
• Confirmation that you have run a final spell-check and visual comparison against the scan
