PDF Text Entry Cleanup

I have a collection of scanned PDFs that contain only text. Each page must be re-typed or accurately copied into an editable digital format—no images, tables, or numbers, just plain text. Optical character recognition has proved unreliable, so manual entry is essential for 100 % accuracy, correct spelling, and original line breaks.
You will receive the PDFs in batches. For every batch, return a single Word file (or .txt if you prefer) that mirrors the layout of the source pages. I will review each file on delivery, flag any issues, and release the next batch once corrections—if any—are resolved.
Deliverables
• Clean, error-free text file matching each supplied PDF page.
• Consistent formatting (paragraph spacing and headings kept as in the source).
If you are meticulous, comfortable reading scanned text, and can keep a steady pace, this task should be straightforward and repeatable.
