I have several official forms locked inside PDFs that I need in clean, fully editable Word (.docx) format right away. Every field, table, line, and heading must look exactly as it does in the original so the documents remain presentation-ready for internal use and external sharing.

While you recreate the layout, please read through the text and correct any spelling or typographical errors you spot; the final file must be error-free and look professionally typeset.
