PDF Data Entry

I have several PDFs containing paragraphs of text that need to be extracted accurately and then laid out with custom formatting. Every heading, sub-heading, bold phrase, italic reference, and bullet list must match the structure I show in a short style guide I will provide.

Scope
• Open each PDF and capture the full text—no images or numeric tables are involved, just continuous prose.
• Reproduce the text in a Word document (or Google Docs if you prefer) following my custom style:
– Specific heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
– Defined font sizes and line spacing
– Bold and italics exactly where they appear in the original
– Consistent paragraph breaks and indentation
• Flag any illegible sections or potential OCR errors for my review.

Deliverables
1. A fully formatted Word (.docx) file for each source PDF.
2. A plain-text backup file (.txt) for each document.
3. A short change log noting pages where the source was unclear or where manual corrections were made.

Quality check: I will spot-check random paragraphs for word-perfect accuracy and style compliance before approving the milestone.
