I have several PDF files that need to be converted into clean, well-formatted Word documents and then proof-read. After copying the text across, you’ll apply my style guide—which covers headings and sub-headings, bullet points with consistent numbering, and correct page layout and margins—so the final file looks polished and publication-ready.
Once the formatting is in place, I need you to run a careful proofread of the creative-writing content for spelling, grammar, and basic flow issues. I’ll supply a brief with step-by-step instructions, the style guide, and a delivery schedule; meeting those milestones accurately and on time is essential.
Your deliverables are:
• A fully formatted Word version of each source PDF
• An error-free, creatively intact final draft ready for my review
