Manual Entry from Scanned Text

I have a collection of scanned text documents that must be keyed in by hand—no OCR or macro tools this time. Each image contains straightforward paragraphs and short lines that need to be reproduced exactly, preserving spelling, punctuation, and line breaks where they appear.

I will share the scans in batches; once you receive a batch, simply transfer the content into the spreadsheet or word-processing template I provide. Because the source is scanned images, I am specifically asking for precise, manual data entry and thorough self-checking before you return the file.

Please tell me:
• the number of pages you can finish per day without sacrificing accuracy
• your preferred format for the finished text (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.)
• one example of similar projects you have completed

If you are comfortable working quietly and meticulously through scanned material, this will be an uncomplicated, steady task for you.
