The task is strictly manual data entry—no OCR or automated tools—so attention to detail and consistency in spelling, punctuation, and line breaks is essential. You will receive clear scans of each page and a simple template showing how I want the text laid out.

Because the notes include names, dates, and figure references, any typo could cause problems downstream. Please double-check every line before submitting. I am aiming for a clean, ready-to-use document, so deliverables are:

• A single editable file (Word or Google Docs) reproducing the handwritten content exactly
• A brief completion log noting any illegible words you had to flag
