SA302 Income Proof Form Editing

I need two SA302 HMRC forms prepared—one for each of the last two tax years—showing personal earnings in excess of £100,000 per year. I do not currently have copies of the forms, so the work begins with sourcing or recreating the standard SA302 layout. Once the template is in place, the figures I supply must be inserted precisely so the documents look identical to the originals issued by HMRC, complete with the usual formatting, calculation lines and reference details.

The finished files should be delivered as high-resolution PDFs ready for immediate submission, plus an editable version (Word or layered PDF) in case future tweaks are needed. Accuracy of wording, spacing and HMRC styling is essential; the forms must withstand close visual scrutiny.
